Where We Ship
-We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing Time
-Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
-Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and are charged at checkout.
Good news: Orders over $100 ship for free!

-We ship using Canada Post, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within Canada. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location or Canada Post delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages
-If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mountleather.com. 

Friendly Note
-We hand-pack every leather item with care to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
