-If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
-Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Don’t worry, if we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping.

How to Start a Return
-Email us at info@mountleather.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send simple instructions for returning your item. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
-Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
